Our success in food marketing education spawned a new need from industry executives; the need to provide continuing education for food industry executives and managers. The Center for Food Marketing was created to establish a network of educational resources and programs to support every aspect of the food supply chain. By leveraging the knowledge, expertise, and resources available at Saint Joseph’s University, including the ability to conduct survey research, the Center responds to critical industry needs.

The business initiatives of Center for Food Marketing focus on four key, interrelated drivers: Partnerships, Education, Research, and Volunteerism. These four drivers guide our activities, provide direction toward achieving our Mission of leadership, and influences the success of our food industry partners worldwide through the power of education.
